Foi necessário apresentar o passaporte, formulário de imigração, passagem saindo do México, nota fiscal e um cartão de crédito internacional. Eles tem máquina copiadora, portanto não será necessário que você faça cópia dos documentos listados . Obs: ainda não recebi o reembolso , eles dão um prazo de 40 dias . The attendants are not the nicest. It was necessary to present the passport, immigration form, passage from Mexico, invoice and an international credit card. They have a copying machine so you will not need to make a copy of the documents listed. Note: I still have not received the refund, they give a deadline of 40 days.

The refund company, Money Back (located in the Luxury Mall), claims the government is holding back. This might be the case. That said, luxury merchants should tell their customers that they may not see a refund for quite some time, if ever

Just emailed them to ask about my refund and they told me that my refund was cancelled because I did not submit all the necessary vouchers and that my purchase was less than $1200 pesos. I spent over $4000 pesos. They do not give you refunds. If you are buying items at the airport because you think you will get a good deal with the refund. Do not bother!
