★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me tarde 3 horas para mí licencia, y me pidieron papeles que no usaron... La cuestión del cobro lenta y ademas de tienen 6 cajas y solo funcionan 3. Me parace que el proceso se podría agilizar más.
Pero bueno..
Para la licencia lleve los siguientes documentos:
INE
CURP
RFC
Comprobante de domicilio actual
 Well, it took me 3 hours for my license, and they asked me for papers that they did not use ... The question of slow collection and besides they have 6 boxes and they only work 3. I think the process could be made more agile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trámite de renovación de Placas super rápido, pero para renovar mi licencia tarde 2 hrs y media, no es culpa del personal, simplemente siempre hay mucha gente que quiere renovar y el proceso es lento de 7 a 10 min por persona.

Llegar antes de las 8 AM porque la fila es larga.
Lamentablemente no cuentan con baños y estacionamiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estan haciendo una sola fila para licencia y cambio de placas, hacen dar doble vuelta ya que un día es para pagar y despúes tienes que regresar solo a la toma de foto, están super lentos, muy mal servicio.
They are making a single line for license and plate change, they make a double turn since one day it is to pay and then you have to return only to take a photo, they are super slow, very bad service.
