Trajet très agréable en compagnie de Gerardo. Très professionnel, notre avion a eu du retard mais il n’y a eu aucun problème par rapport à cela. Van propre et bien entretenu. Service très attentionné. Nous avons réservé notre retour !

Tuve problemas a mi llegada y salida: Llegada: Cuando llegue al punto de encuentro (Columna C), no se encontraba nadie de la empresa, espere cierto tiempo y nadie llegó, marque al teléfono que proporcionan y nadie contesto, pensé que había perdido mi dinero, tuve que preguntar a otras empresas por Taxi Aeropuerto Cancun, la mayoría la desconocía, solo 1 persona que tuve que darle propina, me llevo a una columna blanca donde se encontraba el representante de la empresa fumando y recargado, solo con un pequeño logo en su playera, me mando a esperar la camioneta, entre todo el proceso tardo más de 35 minutos, el chofer venía mensajeando mientras conducía e iba acompañado de su pareja. Salida: Espere puntual en el Lobby de mi hotel y la camioneta no llegó hasta después de 10 minutos, durante la espera marqué al teléfono proporcionado sin éxito nuevamente, cuando llegó la camioneta tenía mi nombre en la ventana y pude reconocerlo, a partir de ahí todo fue bien en la salida. La recomiendo en último lugar, la empresa tiene muy buena imagen, posicionamiento por internet y precio competitivo, pero el servicio físico deja mucho que desear, nunca contestaron el teléfono, no fueron puntuales y la imagen de su personal dejó mucho que desear, una lástima.

En general fue un buen servicio. El único detalle es que al llegar al aeropuerto tuvimos que esperar al rededor de 25 minutos para que llegara el vehículo y nos pudiera transportar a nuestro hotel. Según nos comentaba la señorita que nos recibió, esto se debe a que el aeropuerto sólo les permite a las unidades estar 10 minutos en el área para subir o bajar pasaje, lo cuál hace que no puedan llamar al transporte si no hasta que las personas llegan directamente con la persona que los recibe. El vieje de regreso no tuvo contratiempos, la persona de transporte llegó a la hora solicitada. Además, todo el personal es muy amable.

Taxi drivers were punctual and polite. I like that they send reminders the day before my trips.

We ordered a round trip between the airport and playa del carmen. Even though they charged us the full price, they did not show up to take us from the hotel to the airport. Nobody picked up the phone or responded emails. Would not recommend!

Excellent service, on arrival we need to wait less than 10 min (something that I didn´t like it), but once driver arrive all went smooth, nice conversation, reccomendations and reliable drivers. As being a round trip, also the pick up and communication with me was by email, which I don´t mind, but perhaps whats up is very effective now. We heard some comments that this agency is not accurate with pick times and delays ussually happen, not our case, just be careful though to write a review after your service to keep up with excellent service, 5 stars in our first service with them. Good job!

Chauffeur arrived 5 minutes before the pick up time, the vehicle was clean and the service is a bit cheaper than taxis outside the airport. If your hotel does not offer shuttle service or if you do not like to wait on them, this is another option to consider (there is no Uber service in Quintana Roo).

We were contacted immediately after arrival. Then we had a little longer than expected waiting time (15 min) before the car arrived, but looks like everybody else was the same. On the return trip they arrived at the hotel again 15 min late. But i was able to contact them about the car and we still had plenty of time. I would recommend it.
