★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un desastre de empresa! llamas a los números de su pagina web para realizar reservas y siempre manda a buzón. Tomas un servicio y para la factura no contestan el mail que se les envía y jamás contestan las llamadas al numero de contacto.
A company disaster! You call the numbers on their website to make reservations and they always send to the mailbox. You take a service and for the invoice they do not answer the email that is sent to them and they never answer the calls to the contact number.

As a new company I liked the service, I felt safe because they are communicated all the way with their base and they are alerted of traffic so I arrive quickly to my destination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había unidades disponibles para cuando estábamos esperando el taxi, la empleada nos vendió una camioneta a en lugar de un carro, tuvimos que hacer el cambio y aún así tardaron en llegar, el chico que te lleva a tu carro es un prepotente y poco servicial. Por este tipo de personas los clientes no quieren volver a usar un servicio.
There were no units available for when we were waiting for the taxi, the employee sold us a van instead of a car, we had to make the change and they still took a long time to arrive, the guy who takes you to your car is an arrogant and unhelpful . Because of this type of person, customers do not want to use a service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de los empleados del mostrador, trataron de sorprenderme ofreciendo una Van y me llevaron a un auto compacto en el cual no cabríamos mi familia y yo con las maletas que traíamos.
Finalmente llevaron la camioneta ofrecida. El conductor nos dió muy buen trato.
No recomiendo a esa compañía ni la volveré a contratar.
Terrible service from the employees at the counter, they tried to surprise me by offering a Van and took me to a compact car in which my family and I would not fit with the suitcases we had.
Finally they took the offered van. The driver treated us very well.
I do not recommend this company nor will I hire it again.
