Según el chófer del taxi, el bebé cuenta como pasajero y por eso tuvieron que pedirnos una camioneta para 14 pasajeros solo para nosotros 4, so pretexto del bebé en brazos, cuando en ninguna parte del mundo se cuenta como pasajero. Sin duda el taxi más costoso que he pagado, considerando que no fue un servicio de lujo y la muy corta distancia recorrida. Pese a ello, el chófer no fue grosero y llegamos en 10 minutos al destino. Por esos abusos debería existir servicio de Uber en esta zona. I realised this quite quickly, but he had already left and taken funds from my accounts before he left Cancun. The hotel refuses to tell me who the driver was. It left the hotel at approximately 2:00pm.

My friends in the cab with scraped all their money together and it was enough to pay him the due and he got so mad and then was driving away with my bag in the car. We got it back but he was already a good ways down the street before we grabbed his attention to stop.

In addition, I learned that this business does take necessary action against their employees because they understand the importance of customer service. ALWAYS take a picture of the taxi number (usually on the door) BEFORE you get into the taxi. Feel free to ask them for their name and ID. Having done this, I was able to identify the driver that I had an issue with. But most importantly, if you have an issue with a driver, take action by reporting it directly to the company. Don't just post a negative comment on "Reviews". This doesn't help the company take proper action.
