★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llamas a la base y no contestan, a los choferes les apestan los pies y las axilas, los carros están sucios y sus precios son muy altos, los choferes van manejando y están en el teléfono, no lo recomendaría por nada del mundo, hay bases mucho mejores y más accesibles
Terrible service, you call the base and they do not answer, the drivers stink their feet and armpits, the cars are dirty and their prices are very high, the drivers are driving and they are on the phone, I would not recommend it for anything in the world , there are much better and more accessible bases

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, pero como en todo hay taxistas que se quieren pasar de vivos al cobrar demás, tristemente coludidos con el gobierno en turno, con el pretexto de que está saturado el centro no permiten la entrada de autobuses y ahí están todos dando servicio...que mal...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business is not as it implies definitely not executive service The taxi was at least 15 years old the front windshield was cracked tires were bald interior was old and no seat belts All the emergency warning and time to repair and fix lights were flashing on the vehicle The driver himself was polite and nice however he did not know how to use or have the proper tools to even do a Google maps We had to help through most of the directions to get to our place We paid extra to go the toll roads and he did about 60% of the toll road and got off to save himself some money They were supposed to be an hour and a half It took over 2 hours and 20 minutes because he got lost at least 5 times that I had to help him get back on the route as with most taxis in Mexico they're just not worth it very expensive They take advantage of you unfortunately a lot of times there's not too many other options travel at your own risk.
