Hoy paso a felicitar al conductor Armando chavaro Espinoza quien se mostró muy respetuoso, me llevó a salvo a mi destino, manejó de manera prudente pero veloz y fue muy puntual en el horario solicitado. Además de que no estaba somnoliento, algo que de lo contrario me pone nerviosa cuando tengo que salir de madrugada y los conductores se ven cansados y es riesgoso. Así que felicidades a él.
I have used them for five years without complaint. Today I come to congratulate the driver Armando Chavaro Espinoza who was very respectful, took me safely to my destination, drove prudently but quickly and was very punctual at the requested time. Plus I wasn't sleepy, which otherwise makes me nervous when I have to leave early in the morning and the drivers look tired and it's risky. So congratulations to him.

Pero apenas el pasado sábado solicite un servicio para recogerme en mi casa a las 4 am, con destino al Ángel de Independencia y a 10 minutos antes de la hora acordada, se comunica conmigo una persona, supongo en chófer, para avisarme que no iba a ser posible darme el servicio¡¡¡. Un servicio solicitado desde la noche anterior. Me dejaron a la deriva y tuve que salir a buscar un taxi, por suerte me tocó una unidad decente y segura.
I have used their services for over 15 years with no problems. But just last Saturday I requested a service to pick me up at my house at 4 am, bound for the Angel of Independence and 10 minutes before the agreed time, a person contacted me, I suppose a driver, to let me know that it was not going to be possible to give me the service. A service requested from the night before. They left me adrift and I had to go out and find a taxi, luckily I got a decent and safe unit.
