 The operator responded quickly, was friendly, and gave me the cost of the tour, the unit arrived in the estimated time, it was clean and the treatment was friendly, the driving was safe and I reached my destination without setbacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca atienden el teléfono, entiendo que pase de vez en cuando por saturación pero siempre es lo mismo. El servicio de transporte en general en un asco y esta empresa es el menos deficiente. Ojalá existiera en la ciudad un servicio de transporte de primera!
They never answer the phone, I understand that it happens from time to time due to saturation but it is always the same. The transportation service in general sucks and this company is the least lacking. I wish there was a first-rate transportation service in the city!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La app puede mejorar bastante, cuando programas una unidad tarda mucho en asignarse y si programas pago con tarjeta no llegan los taxis. Las unidades deberían ser más seguras (muchos Tsurus a veces sin cinturón de seguridad). La principal área de oportunidad son las tarifas ya que no están regulados por medio de un tabulador.
The app can improve a lot, when you program a unit it takes a long time to be assigned and if you program payment by card the taxis do not arrive. Units should be safer (lots of Tsurus sometimes without seat belts). The main area of opportunity is the rates since they are not regulated by means of a tabulator.
