★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella, por qué no les puedo dar 0 impuntules, les agenda uno el taxi para una hora y llegan a la hora que quieren y todavía se enojan por qué no cancela uno el servicio, pero si ya no lo ocupo para que. Pésimo servicio y aparte groseros!
One star, why can't I give them 0 unpunctuals, I schedule a taxi for them for an hour and they arrive at the time they want and they still get angry why one doesn't cancel the service, but if I no longer use it, why not? Terrible service and rude apart!

If you are in a hurry, they really are not your option; always order them an hour in advance and they may only be 10 minutes late.

The response to my phone call was immediate, the attention of the operator was excellent, very friendly, precise and concise. The time between the call and the arrival of the requested car was as promised 8 minutes, and the transfer service was good, driver wise and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo, nisiquiera se esperan no mas tocan el claxon una vez y siguen caminando sin parar asi como voy a saber si ya llego o no, pero bueno seguro tienen mucho trabajo... A las 3 am, seguro.
Bad, they don't even wait, they just honk the horn once and keep walking without stopping so I'm going to know if I'm there or not, but hey, they sure have a lot of work... At 3 am, sure.
