They sent a taxi number that would arrive at the indicated time but NEVER ARRIVED. I called the number again to ask if the taxi would arrive but they hung up on me.

Le notifique y quedaron de pasar a recoger el producto erróneo y reembolsar lo pagado (a excepción del costo del servicio)
Habíamos quedado en eso pasó una hora y cuando pregunté qué más tardaría me dijeron que la unidad ya había terminado su turno y que ya se había ido
Que ya mañana me comunicará. Cuando yo ya había realizado otro pedido con otra compañía y contaba con el efectivo que se supone traerían.
No me dieron solución alguna
Y ni una garantía del reembolso al día siguiente ni el número del chofer ni nada.
