I messaged them on Whatsapp and was immediately responded to and provided amazing customer service. The driver, Manuel, was so professional, kind and helpful! The driver was on time and so friendly - he also spoke perfect English! I highly recommend this company!! Also, the rate was cheap, zero upcharging!! This is my new go-to taxi in Tulum!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got back from Tulum. Servicio de taxi tulum is great! Great communication and the driver was always time. We were in a large group so he would send his friend over to pick us up as well. We never got ripped off and our driver helped us get around and recommend great restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taxi service in Tulum is exceptional! My friends and I were there for a week (group of 7). We contacted our taxi friend from a previous trip, and he recommended a few other drivers who had a large van! It was easy to text them and arrange pick up/drop off times. It's also a very practical way to set up transportation to and from the airport! Just use Google translate to communicate with the drivers. You can always ask them for their business card :) they're happy to accommodate you and even help you communicate with tour guides!
