El chofer venia dormido nos asustamos muchísimo cuando vimos que se estaba cambiando de carril de un lado a otro le hice preguntas para despertarlo y le dije que se parara para poder bajarnos a lo cual contestó que ya se iba concentrar , que miedo fue de terror jamas volveria a contratar ese servixio

Los precios del servicio son excesivo y el tiempo de espera es mucho en horas pico incluso esperas de 45 minutos El servicio de los conductores es muy bueno, amables y educados Pero no compensa el tiempo de espera ni los costos

De terror!! El taxista a 140km/hr y note que cerraba los ojos, se estaba quedando dormido… era un señor mayor y tuvimos que empeZar a hacerle preguntas seguidas ya que se estaba durmiendo… nos contaba de la cantidad de viajes que hace… ahí entendimos por que estaba agotado…que peligro!! Nunca más Con totsa!

On May 17 of this year we rented a car for a wedding, we were told it was going to be a sedan since we were 6 people needing it. They very very punctual and arrive at the house where we were staying, but with a SMALL car that only 4 people could fit!!! (NO GOOD) :O( Driver took us to the cathedral in Sta. Catarina and we noticed he took streets that made the trip LONGER and made us arrive at the wedding right at the last minute. We were the LAST ONES TO ARRIVE!!!(NO GOOD) :O( After this he took us to The reception in Monterrey at the famous and well known CINTERMEX where he pretended to not know where to drop us off even after told him to stop to ask one of the many guys that are there at the gates directing the traffic, BUT he did not drop us at all...instead he kept going and took us on a trip round the whole Fundidora park making us feel like idiots(since we knew he was doing that to charge us for one more hour) after another 15-20 minutes we arrive again at the CINTERMEX, and this time we told him to just drop us there. We hired him for 2 hours but ended up charging for 3!!! And to make things worse we arrive very late since the parents of the groom were riding with us, and by the time we found the room where the wedding (civil) was taking place The groom was real upset that we had not arrive in time. I contracted TOTSA because my niece in MTY told us they are a good company but she didn't even know anyone who had used them. I shouldn't have never listen to her. WE WILL NEVER THINK OF USING TOTSA AGAIN. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE AND LACK OF SENSITIVITY SINCE THE DRIVER KNEW THAT WE WERE GOING TO A WEDDING, HE NEVER IMAGINED THAT MY SISTER AND HER HUSBAND LIVE IN MTY AND I AM FROM MONTERREY EVEN THOUGH I DON'T LIVE THERE.

Oh man ! Don’t get this taxis company at Monterrey’s airport. It’s TERRIBLE!!! Car was extremely messy, driver was in a hurry and driving 30 mph above speed limits !! DANGEROUS!! Stay away from them!! Don’t risk your life.
