★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dijeron que llegaba en 10 min y pasaron 20 , llame para saber si venían o no, dice que llegaban en 3 min y pasaron otros 15 minutos y no llegó, marque y apagaron el teléfono, por qué hacer perder el tiempo a las personas?, mejor digan desde un inicio que no desean brindar el servicio.
They said it would arrive in 10 minutes and 20 minutes passed, call to see if they were coming or not, they say they arrived in 3 minutes and another 15 minutes passed and they did not arrive, I dialed and turned off the phone, why waste people's time? better say from the beginning that you do not want to provide the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubo un malentendido y por accidente tomé otro taxi, al explicarles la situación se molestaron y no volvieron a brindarme servicio. Me colgaron y bloquearon mi número, nada profesionales.
There was a misunderstanding and by accident I took another taxi, when I explained the situation to them they got annoyed and did not provide me with service again. They hung up on me and blocked my number, unprofessional.
