Muy irresponsables al no respetar las reservaciones las mueve el personal a su antojo. No recomiendo confien en esta agencia ea un fraude porque aun con reservacion no la respetan.
I booked and when confirming my departure it tells me that I am not on the list. They ruined a very important audience for me. I was attended by a secretary named tere. Very irresponsible by not respecting reservations, the staff moves them at will. I do not recommend trusting this agency as a fraud because even with a reservation they do not respect it.
