★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cambié a ellos porque UBER ha subido mucho sus tarifas y la atención era excelente; lamentablemente los movimientos de personal tanto en los teléfonos como en los conductores le han bajado mucho el nivel.
*Los chóferes se pierden
*Contratan gente muy mayor que ya no está en condiciones de laborar.
*Nunca encuentras autos temprano porque al Sr.Carlos le preocupa más tener a sus unidades en hoteles o empresas que para él usuario normal. Y está bien, es su negocio, pero que lo diga para ya no buscar servicios temprano o bien tenga más unidades. No se vale que no respeten los reservados de un día antes.
*La atención era genial y ahora desde el dueño hasta los chóferes traen cara y voz de fastidio. Se fueron los mejores. Ojalá lean esto y mejoren el servicio.
I switched to them because UBER has raised their rates a lot and the service was excellent; unfortunately the movements of personnel both in the telephones and in the drivers have lowered the level a lot.
* Drivers get lost
* They hire very old people who are no longer able to work.
* You never find cars early because Mr. Carlos is more concerned with having his units in hotels or companies than he is for the normal user. And that's fine, it is your business, but that you say it so you no longer seek services early or have more units. It is not worth not respecting the reservations of a day before.
* The attention was great and now from the owner to the drivers bring annoyed face and voice. The best ones left. Hopefully you read this and improve the service.
