Te piden cita previa, y una vez que la haces, te la confirman y llegas a la hora indicada, te salen con que no te pueden atender porque se les empalmaron las citas y no tienen como resolverte, salvo que esperes a que tengan un lugar. Eso no es correcto para la imagen que proyectan.
Terrible service and organization, excellent quality of cut.
They ask for an appointment, and once you make it, they confirm it and you arrive at the indicated time, they leave you with that they cannot attend you because the appointments were spliced and they have no way to resolve you, unless you wait for them to have a place . That is not correct for the image they project.
