 Poor training of staff in Barra. They don't know how to prepare things. And well, the prices for how they make things very expensive. Invest in training not just hiring people and learning with clients.

I do not recommend their cold brew, it tastes burnt and acidic, it gives me the impression that it is coffee diluted with cold water and ice. Their sandwiches are small and expensive for the size.
