We had such a great tour and our guide Flako! Rush of adrenaline a bit, spectacular views, cool guide! We also had a chance to snorkel a bit, was super nice!

Fransisco was our tour guide today for the jet ski safari. Although the ocean was murky due to the rain and we could not snorkel we had the best time ever. Would highly recommend this excursion tour for the not faint of heart…….super fun, adrenaline rush and great conversations. Fransisco made the trip perfectly wonderful.

Pancho and staff were excellent. Took a 4 hour boating excursion to Los Arcos for snorkeling and whale watching. Very clean boat, good lunch, and professional staff.

We came to Riu Vallarta through SunWing. Nexus guides John and Juan helped book a couple of excursions for us. The TB tour for Whale watching was excellent. While it is never a guarantee that whales will appear, our captain was extremely spot on and we saw quite a few pods and even a baby. Kimi is very knowledgeable and Garcia(?) kept us rolling with laughter. We were given food and drinks and the day was absolutely beautiful. Fully worth waking before dawn to make it out to the bay before lunch! Thank you for making a memorable trip!

This is the worst place ever for fishing. I would not recommend this place to anyone based off of my experience. Paid 800 for 4-1/2 hours of fishing and here is why. At 645 am... Found the business but no one was there. Spent 20 minutes looking for them and they never said to meet at the marina. Finally found them. Spent another 20 to 30 minutes getting out of the marina while they stopped several times to soak to the friends. They also asked to get live bait but never got it on the way out. At 750 am we finally getting out of the marina and 10 minutes later we were stopped by marina police. These guys didn't have any paperwork for boating or license to fish. Took an hour for them to verify and then we were off. We were not given the missing hour that we spent waiting because of them. If they worked gave had their paperwork we wouldn't have had to wait. If they worked gave loaded the boat like others do we wouldn't have had to wait. We finally came back at 1pm and they also were very persistent on eating our fish. I don't care to split it with them while we were fishing. I really don't. So we decided to make ceviche. Gave them some to eat at 12. They spent that time prepping it and not assisting in fishing. They rarely changed luers and left it live bait that we caught in their boat and never used it as we asked. They were also drinking, a lot, while driving with my family in the boat. Not professional and not very safe for anyone. They basically took 800 for 4-1/2 hours or less for actual fishing. I kept asking to go to certain areas and they would not. Such a rip off.. i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Armando (aka Flako) took us on a guided jet ski tour beginning at Puerto Vallarta Marina, along the coastline...past countless beautiful beaches, to the stunning arches then to the historic area where 'Night of the Iguana' was filmed...from here we took a break and jumped into the ocean...swam and snorkeled ith colorful fish before our return trip back. The seadoos were fast and powerful...and super fun!!! This was the highlight of our trip!! Flako took tons of photos of us including stunning backgrounds, and texted all the pictures to us as soon as our trip wrapped up. We highly recommend this jetski tour with Armando - he is a local speaks fluent english, knowledgeable and funny!!! Muchos gracias :)

Booked a snorkelling tour for me and my girlfriend in December of 2021 We got picked up from the resort and driven to the TB tours office on the ocean. The office was small and rustic and I didn’t have high expectations for the excision. That changed quickly when we met our tour crew and boarded the boat. The staff at TB tours were exceptional! Very friendly, personable and spoke very good English! The boat ride and snorkelling was a blast! The staff at TB tours really made it fun! Lunch was provided and was absolutely delicious! Fresh guacamole made on the boat with fresh made steak burritos was absolutely fantastic! The crew were able to find us whales on the way back which made the trip that much better! The whole experience was perfect. Big shout out to the staff at TB tours! 100% recommend!

Armando was a fantastic guide on our jets ski tour. It was so awesome. He took great pictures and had lots of interesting info about the area. I highly recommend it!
