★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren esta marca, vayan por samsung o LG que son sur coreanas y de calidad superlativa, a 7 meses de comprar una tv nueva dejó de encender y en excusa ppr el coronavirus, no me quierem enviar al técnico, cuando bien lo pieden hacer con el eqiipo de protección correcto. Ya tiene 1 mes que se hecho a perder. Y me siguen dando largas. PÉSIMO cuida tu dinero y ve por marcas seguras y no cosas chinas y de mala calidad.
 Do not buy this brand, go for samsung or LG that are South Korean and of superlative quality, 7 months after buying a new tv it stopped turning on and in excuse ppr the coronavirus, they do not want to send me to the technician, when they can do it with the correct protection equipment. It has been wasted for 1 month. And they keep taking me long. LOVELY take care of your money and go for safe brands and not Chinese things and of poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré esta marca porque me llamó la atención el sistema roku integrado, me sorprendió gratamente la calidad de la imagen y el sonido para el precio que pagué; a casi dos años la tv falló y la reporté en garantía y me llevé la mayor de las sorpresas: me mandaron una caja para que yo les enviara el equipo con fallas y ellos me regresaron una más reciente y sin ningún costo... y todo esto en sólo 3 días! sin duda, serán mi primera opción en compras futuras!
I bought this brand because the integrated roku system caught my attention, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the image and sound for the price I paid; after almost two years the tv failed and I reported it as a guarantee and I got the biggest surprise: they sent me a box so that I could send them the equipment with failures and they returned a more recent one at no cost ... and everything this in just 3 days! they will certainly be my first choice in future purchases!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre con la intencion de probarla por que es nueva la marca pero salio pesima, las app no sirven y adicional la tv se reinicia y apaga cada rato, es imposible ver una pelicula completa en una App por que se apaga, la compre hace 10 dias y estoy por regresarla.
I bought with the intention of trying it because the brand is new but it came out terrible, the apps do not work and additionally the TV restarts and turns off every so often, it is impossible to watch a full movie in an App because it turns off, I bought it 10 days ago and I'm about to return it.

Y de todos los teléfonos que aparecen ninguno sirve a excepción del de atención a clientes, pero ahí solo dan largas y más largas. Compré la pantalla para probar la marca y falló al año y medio. Nunca vuelvo a adquirir algo de ésta marca
The technical service is the worst, I've been waiting 20 days for them to come and repair my screen, which still has a warranty. And of all the telephones that appear, none works except for the customer service one, but there they only give longer and longer. I bought the screen to test the brand and it failed after a year and a half. I will never buy anything from this brand again.
