On a couple of occasions they scratched my car: the most remarkable once they scratched the trunk [like a big huge doodle in the whole trunk] and painted it [they took responsibility], but then they gave him several stems [and there they were no longer They were responsible, once, after several occasions, I sent photos, they told me that "since the model was old, it was impossible for them to take responsibility for it" -paraphrasing a little-; I kept going, at least I trusted the arrangements; they left it outside the workshop, parked, and well there the problem]. In the end I didn't wear it anymore because two things told me that more than $ 20 thousand was coming out each fix [an antifreeze leak; and an "odd sound in the engine" linked to the oil alarm -from which they told me that the oil was fine, that the alarm went out, but that I didn't pay attention to it-], that of the engine came out at $ 1,700 [already 3 months] because it was the oil pump, and it was missing about 1 liter, so the oil alarm appeared [very big difference from the + $ 20 thousand that they told me]. Now my car is fine, but I had to change workshops.
