Hice mi solicitud en mi local y dicen que tengo que ir por mis papeles a sus oficinas

 Despots and very rude, the promoters do not know anything, they tell you that if it is approved and then they say no, the branch manager and regional manager are very despotic, they leave you talking alone and they make fun of you
I made my request in my local and they say that I have to go for my papers to their offices
