Se celebra la última semana de Noviembre.
Es un evento que combina el Cine y la Gastronomía, inspirado en personajes como Alfonso Reyes, precursor de la crítica de cine, escribiendo conjuntamente con Martín Luis Guzmán(hacia 1017), con el seudónimo de "Fósforo" y de la cocina mexicana, escribiendo "Memorias de cocina y bodega" y fundando en Madrid el club "La Cucaña" ; (hacia los años 1920) así como de realizadores como Luis Buñuel, Roberto Gavaldón, Ismael Rodríguez, del Cinematógrafo Gabriel Figueroa, Claude Chabrol, Martin Scorsese, Francis Ford Coppola, Ettore Scola y Emilio Fernandez- entre otros- cuya hija Adela (+) fue fundadora y participe del evento.
Selecciona las mejores películas de México y del mundo (lo mejor de Cannes, Montreal, Cartagena, Toronto,,,etc.) sobre gastronomía, y realiza el concursos de Cocina del Mar, y en este parque de Cocina Prehispánica.
