★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo conozco y por dentro está en regulares condiciones pero por su fachada deja mucho que decir. Está toda grafiteada, sucia y de un aspecto desagradable.
I know it and inside it is in fair condition but its facade leaves a lot to say. It's all graffiti, dirty, and ugly-looking.

La acústica que logra el lugar es excelente aún que le hace falta un manteniendo detallado para la historia y trascendencia que tiene el lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima, es un teatro de buena capacidad, bien ubicado pero falta mucho mantenimiento!!cambiar o reubicar escaleras para subir el escenario, el escenario mismo, las butacas, los baños etc.
Pity, is a theater of good capacity, well located but lack a lot of maintenance !! change or relocate stairs to climb the stage, the stage itself, the seats, bathrooms etc.
