★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un excelente lugar para representaciones y festivales, por desgracia muy descuidado y fue cerrado por dictamen de protección civil ya que no ofrece las condiciones adecuadas para la ocupación, el deterioro es evidente en el exterior y no se permite la entrada a nadie hasta que se le hagan las reparaciones adecuadas. Lastima una gran inversión del IMSS tirada a la basura por falta de mantenimiento y de interés de las autoridades
