It is a beautiful place. It was a magical cultural space where free artistic workshops were held. Now it is abandoned and full of garbage DESTROYED BY GERARDO ISMAEL OVIEDO AGUILAR, the former director of the Institute of Art and Culture of Puebla (IMACP).
