★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teatro Vallarta cancelled the Arcano show booked for 10 people on Dec 23. They issued a refund for the ticket price BUT did NOT refund the 10% service fee claiming it was non-refundable. 6 of us ended up going in another night for 1/2 price and the show was absolutely terrible. The Arcano show we saw 3 years ago was one of the best BUT this one was horrible.
Between the lack of customer service in issuing a full refund for the cancelled show and the very poor Arcano show, we will be very hard pressed to buy tickets again. Very very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on an excursion from our cruise which included a tasty lunch and tequila tasting. The show was unexpectedly awesome! Entertaining, professional and exciting! The flavors of tequila were both numerous and delicious. I recommend the peanut butter and chocolate. My husband recommends the banana and coffee. Reese's and flan. Yummy!
