Para mi es eso ismo y no vale la pena pagar los elevados precios que cobran. Jamás iré ahí.? Se me hace una estafa por parte de Tech House al no informarle al cliente que NO SON PRODUCTOS ORIGINALES DE APPLE. I bought a lightning cable from Apple thinking it was original, I went with the feint because the seller never told me that it was an OEM product nor does a sign that says OEM product appear on the display case where they are displayed. I was scammed by Tech House by not informing the customer that THEY ARE NOT ORIGINAL APPLE PRODUCTS.

Los que dicen que mal trato o precios caros, probablemente querían que les costará $1 la estrellada del iPhone, que no chinguen. The customer service is excellent, they answered every question I had and made recommendations for the care of my equipment that normally no technician/salesperson makes you. Logré prolongar su vida hasta ahora pero ya llegó a un punto crítico donde corría el riesgo de que fallara por completo y quedarme a la deriva. Cosa que no puedo permitir. La tienda Apple autorizada me dio un precio muy alto y 6 días de entrega. No y no. Saliendo vi este puesto donde me dieron un precio accesible y la tenían lista para instarla mientras esperaba. Acepte y platiqué con Luis viéndolo trabajar en mi batifono (así se llama mi iPhone). Se sinceró conmigo en varios datos técnicos y hablamos de cosas personales también. En unos minutos ya estaba listo y me obsequió una mica para reemplazar la mía que estaba quebrada. Puedo decir que fue un placer de principio a fin , excelente servicio, buen precio y técnicamente hablando se ve que saben su negocio. Lo recomiendo plenamente. I managed to prolong its life so far but it has already reached a critical point where I risked it failing completely and drifting. Which I can't allow. The authorized Apple store gave me a very high price and 6 days delivery. No and no. On my way out I saw this stand where they gave me an affordable price and had it ready to install while I waited. I accepted and talked with Luis watching him work on my batyphone (that's what my iPhone is called). He was honest with me on various technical data and we talked about personal things as well. In a few minutes it was ready and he gave me a green card to replace mine that was broken. I can say that it was a pleasure from start to finish, excellent service, good price and, technically speaking, you can see that they know their business. I fully recommend it. Just need to see how the battery comes out ?
