★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El domingo 17 de Noviembre, entregue mi Celular Iphone 7 PLus para realizar un cambio de pieza, el cual me dieron fecha de entrega el día martes, consulte durante toda la semana el estatus y el equipo no lo tenían listo, por lo cual el día sábado 30 solicite Devolución de mi equipo ya que no cumplieron con las fechas, lamentablemente el equipo se lo llevo el técnico a la casa, cosa que esta en contra de los procedimientos, no se pueden llevar el equipo, tampoco tenían conocimiento de donde vivía, no pidieron datos de el, debido a nuestra insistencia, ya que estábamos preocupados, ni ellos conocían bien al técnico, pidieron un Didi para entrarnos el celular, El Celular lo entregaron TOTALMENTE DESARMADO, con los tornillos en una bolsa aparte. lo lleve a otro lugar y esta como pérdida total, debido a que lo quemaron por una mala soldadura. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, obviamente tomare acciones al respecto, ya que si paso conmigo, perfectamente volverá a pasar
