★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi celular lo tomaron de refaccionaria, aparte que me cobraron $1400.00, lo dejaron sin señal xq le robaron todo lo que pudieron, se quedaron con el aparato más de 15 días, las personas que atienden son groseras, uno tiene que rogarles porque te den razón de tus pertenencias. CUIDADO AHÍ ROBAN Y NO SE HACEN RESPONSABLES!! Exijan su nota porque cuando llevas el aparato son los más amables y uno confía por la Plaza (Patio Santa Fe). Todos los que nos han robado debemos acudir a Profeco o a la instancia correspondiente para que ya no hagan más daño, el robo de celular está penado h lo que hacen ahí es robar.
 They took my cell phone from a repair shop, apart from that they charged me $ 1400.00, they left it without signal because they stole everything they could, they kept the device for more than 15 days, the people who attend are rude, you have to beg them to give you reason of your belongings. BE CAREFUL THERE THEY STEAL AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE !! Demand their note because when you carry the device they are the kindest and you trust the Plaza (Patio Santa Fe). All those who have stolen from us must go to Profeco or the corresponding instance so that they no longer do any more damage, cell phone theft is punishable and what they do there is steal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo para nada, nunca se les ocurra pagar nada por adelantado al menos que quieran que no les regresen el dinero si no cumplen con el servicio prometido !!
Necesitaba que me cambiaran la pantalla de mi cel y me ofrecieron que si pagaba el 100% por adelantado me hacían un descuento y en 2 días ya tenían la pantalla y el cel reparado.
A los dos días no tuvieron la pantalla, por lo que pedí que me regresaran el dinero y me pidieron esperar 2 días mas, al final de estos 4 días aun no tenían la pantalla.
Por no cumplir con el servicio que me prometieron pedí una vez mas que me regresen el dinero del anticipo, en donde me están ignorando con 3 correos que les he mandado desde hace mas de una semana que inicialmente solicite el reembolso.
Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all, never think of paying anything in advance unless you want your money not to be returned if you do not comply with the promised service !!
I needed to change the screen of my cell phone and they offered me that if I paid 100% in advance they would give me a discount and in 2 days they already had the screen and the cell repaired.
Two days later they did not have the screen, so I asked for the money back and they asked me to wait 2 more days, at the end of these 4 days they still did not have the screen.
For not complying with the service that they promised me, I asked once again that they return the money of the advance, where they are ignoring me with 3 emails that I have sent them for more than a week that initially request a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevé mi equipo y me dijeron que se lo tenían que quedar 24 hrs para decirme el diagnostico, se lo quedaron 2 semanas, sin comunicación ni actualizaciones a menos que yo los buscará y contestando de muy mala gana, sólo me daban largas y al final su diagnostico fue que estaba muy dañado el equipo y que no valía la pena repararlo por que sería muy caro, sin decirme exactamente cual era el daño. Me cobraron la revisión y no recibí un diagnostico claro, ni un presupuesto de reparación, aunque sea caro se supone que me darían diagnostico y presupuesto y sería mi decisión arreglarlo o no. Lleve mi teléfono a otro lugar y cuando lo abrieron en frente de mi estaba todo mal armado y le faltaban blindajes, y quien sabe que otras cosas le cambiarion o quitaron. Por favor no pongan sus equipos en manos de gente tan poco profesional.

They charged me for the revision and I did not receive a clear diagnosis, nor a repair estimate, although it is expensive they are supposed to give me a diagnosis and budget and it would be my decision to fix it or not. I took my phone to another place and when they opened it in front of me it was all badly armed and it was missing armor, and who knows what other things they changed or took away. Please don't put your equipment in the hands of such unprofessional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención y pésimo servicio. No atiende con gusto, sólo me cobró 300 pesos por "limpiar la compu", cosa que no hizo. Prometió conseguirme una pieza, me dejó esperando y no me respondió. Sólo perdí mi dinero.
