★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al arreglar mi pantalla y abrir mi teléfono perforaron mi batería y me la dañaron, además me rompieron una antena de mi teléfono. Cuando lleve mi celular a otro lado abrieron mi celular en frente de mi y me enseñaron como me lo habían dejado.
Además la pantalla que usaron o el pegamento para arreglarlo se está despegando.

Also the screen they used or the glue to fix it is peeling off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se las arreglaron para echar a perder una laptop de 30,000 pesos. Me pusieron un disco duro defectuoso (Lo más seguro usado y "reparado"), por alguna razón tuvieron la necesidad de abrir la tapa de la pantalla, quebrando las uniones y dañando el display (si es que no me lo cambiaron por otro) y el software en general valio madre tal vez por instalar un Windows pirata.
No cometan el mismo error que yo, lo mejor es siempre enviar el equipo a centros autorizados por la marca.
They managed to spoil a 30,000 peso laptop. They put me a defective hard drive (the safest used and "repaired"), for some reason they had the need to open the top of the screen, breaking the joints and damaging the display (if they did not change it for another) and the software in general was worth mother perhaps for installing a pirated Windows.

Llevé una laptop con la motherboard dañada, no pudieron hacerle nada, pero le rompieron una de las patitas de plástico del lector de CD, eso si, la regresaron muy derechita para que no se notara el daño. También les llevé un SSD que después de 3 días no pudieron siquiera abrir, un amigo lo resolvió en 2 horas. El personal no tiene interés ni sensibilidad por el usuario, así que uno tiene que estarles llamando para ver avance.
MEDIOCRE SERVICE. I brought a laptop with a damaged motherboard, they couldn't do anything to it, but they broke one of the plastic legs of the CD reader, that is, they returned it very straight so that the damage would not be noticed. I also brought them an SSD that after 3 days they couldn't even open, a friend solved it in 2 hours. The staff has no interest or sensitivity for the user, so one has to be calling them to see progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Se hizo el cambio de una pantalla y según ellos tienen garantía y te ponen miles de pretextos para no hacerla válida. Porfavor no cometan el mismo error, NO VAYAN AHÍ, a los 3 días ya no servía.
Terrible service. A screen was changed and according to them they have a guarantee and they give you thousands of excuses to not make it valid. Please don't make the same mistake, DON'T GO THERE, after 3 days it was useless.
