★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje un equipo para revisión, a los 2 días me marcan diciendo cuál era la falla y que tenían que esperar entre 3 a 5 días para que la pieza llegara con ellos, a los 5 días marco y me terminan diciendo que aún no llegaba la pieza y que tardaría otros 5 días, eso fue un jueves, para el siguiente martes marco para ver si ya lo arreglaron o que pasó? y me terminan diciendo que no tuvo arreglo y que la pieza llegaría en 3 MESES!!!! que mejor fuera por mi equipo. mi coraje es entonces porque me trajeron con MENTIRAS SI ERA EVIDENTE QUE DESDE LA PRIMERA O SEGUNDA SEMANA ya sabían que no iban a obtener la pieza, porque retener mi equipo tanto tiempo?? no me dieron ninguna nota ni nada cuando recogí mí aparato. Me quemaron el procesador al aplicar
demasiado calor para mover un circuito y aparte me quebraron una pieza. Cero recomendados.
I left a team for review, after 2 days they mark me saying what the fault was and that they had to wait between 3 to 5 days for the part to arrive with them, after 5 days they mark and they end up telling me that the part had not yet arrived And it would take another 5 days, that was a Thursday, for the following Tuesday I mark to see if they already fixed it or what happened? and they end up telling me that there was no arrangement and that the piece would arrive in 3 MONTHS !!!! better for my team. my courage is then because they brought me with LIES IF IT WAS EVIDENT THAT FROM THE FIRST OR SECOND WEEK they already knew that they were not going to get the part, why keep my equipment so long? They didn't give me a note or anything when I picked up my device. I burned the processor when applying
Too hot to move a circuit and apart they broke a piece. Zero recommended.
