★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no son formales con fechas, su técnico le robo a mi lavadora el timbre de aviso de término de lavar, ya tiene 4meses y no me han traído el reemplazo..pésimos, no vuelvo a contratarlos.. Se esconden y no dan la cara...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los llame para arreglar una falla mecánica en mi lavadora y para darle mantenimiento preventivo a mi secadora. A menos de 3 semanas desde que hicieron el servicio mi lavadora presenta el mismo problema mecánico ya que solo hicieron un reseteo electrónico, no cambiaron ninguna pieza mecánica y la secadora que no tenia ningún problema, simplemente retiraron la pelusa ahora no enciende. No es posible que este tipo de compañías lucren con la gente, pague 3000 pesos por los dos servicios y llame para que vinieran a revisarlas y no pueden buscarme en el sistema por mi nombre ni por mi teléfono, el técnico nunca me indico que tenia que guardar la nota o el numero de servicio para hacer valida la garantía.
I called them to fix a mechanical failure in my washer and to give my dryer preventive maintenance. Less than 3 weeks after they did the service, my washing machine has the same mechanical problem since they only did an electronic reset, they did not change any mechanical part and the dryer that did not have any problem, they simply removed the lint now it does not turn on. It is not possible for these types of companies to profit from people, pay 3000 pesos for the two services and call so that they come to review them and they cannot search the system for me by my name or by my phone, the technician never told me that I had to save the note or the service number to validate the warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No los llamen, SON TRAMPOSOS Y LE DESCOMPONEN SU EQUIPO SI NO ACEPTA SU PRESUPUESTO !!!, les pedí revisaran mi lavadora que no centrifugaba, pero todo lo demás funcionaba y bien, el Sr. lo comprobó. Pero me descompuso la tarjeta con su sola "revisión" cuando les dije que no aceptaba su presupuesto y servicio.
Y no crean la respuesta que siempre dan que "NO FUERON ELLOS", claro que fue este sr. es alto y gordo y tengo su teléfono grabado en el mío. De lo más tramposo. Mi problema era mecánico, ya tenía yo otro diagnóstico; y él dijo era tarjeta y la descompuso para forzarme a aceptar su diagnóstico.
Do not call them, THEY ARE CHEATFUL AND THEIR EQUIPMENT IS BREAKDOWN IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR BUDGET !!!, I asked them to check my washing machine that did not spin, but everything else worked and well, Mr. checked it. But he broke my card with his only "review" when I told them he was not accepting their budget and service.
And don't believe the answer they always give "IT WAS NOT THEM", of course it was this mr. He is tall and fat and I have his phone recorded on mine. Most cheating. My problem was mechanical, I already had another diagnosis; and he said it was a card and he broke it to force me to accept his diagnosis.
