G	Giovanni Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé intrigado la verdad, en semana santa agarre la promoción de 4 llantas cosa que no las cambie luego porque no las tenían en la sucursal, el día que las fuí a cambiar, me pasaron a la sala y espere cómo cualquier cliente, ya después entro el personal para que le firmara los documentos y me hace el comentario de que la alineación no tenía garantía porque el carro tenía varias cosas de la suspensión dañada, cosa que nunca me llamaron para enseñarme, ya hasta el carro estaba en la salida... Dudo que le hayan hecho alineación ya que el volante sigue igual de desalineado como cuando llegó, la verdad he visitado otras llanteras y su servicio es mucho mejor, siempre que el carro está mal de algo me llaman y me enseñan. Hasta quedaron de mandarme la cotización de la suspensión y sigo en espera después de 15 días... I doubt that they have done an alignment since the steering wheel is still just as misaligned as when it arrived, the truth is I have visited other tire shops and their service is much better, whenever the car is wrong with something they call me and show me. They even sent me the quote for the suspension and I'm still waiting after 15 days...
