★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs more ventilation but you can find pretty much anything here for your phone, tablet or laptop if you know the right people to go with. Repairs and maintenance also depend on the people.
Bathrooms need more attention.
On the second floor there's the videogame/anime/comics/collectibles part of the plaza where people can hang out and play videogames or buy things from those previously mentioned subjects.
Technology wise, almost everything focuses on smartphones and/or accessories due to high demand of repairs and maintenance but there's also stores where people can find drones, sound equipment and even security cameras.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great offers for all your technology needs: accessories for computers/cellphones, repairs, videogames, also food court.
The downside is the incredibly fast rate in which all the stores within switch places... If you purchase a keyboard on monday at *Local 63* (to name any) by the end of the week, if you had problems and want to make an exchange/refund, it turns out the people you originally purchased from are not there anymore. It still says *Local 63* on the outside, but the owners are different and not related. So any item you purchase that has a "guarantee" is basically voided
