Enviaron a una persona a hacer "reparaciones", cuando me negué a aceptar sus reparaciones malhechas intentaron evadir su responsabilidad pues la persona que había tomado mi reporte ya no trabaja con ellos y en su descontrol nadie sabía darme respuesta. Después de 2 meses enviaron a otra persona, que dejó mi estructura toda perforada y mal colocada, es NOVIEMBRE y mi estructura aun no queda, la gente que subcontrata deja el trabajo tirado porque no les paga. NO TIREN SU DINERO A LA BASURA CON HERSA Y ALEJANDRO ALCOCER, busquen otras opciones con mejor precio y calidad. POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY, LACK OF INTEGRITY AND RESPONSIBILITY WHEN DOING BUSINESS They installed a roof for me in AUGUST, a week later I reported a water leak. They sent a person to make "repairs", when I refused to accept their bad repairs they tried to evade their responsibility because the person who had taken my report no longer works with them and in their lack of control nobody knew how to give me an answer. After 2 months they sent another person, who left my structure all perforated and badly placed, it is NOVEMBER and my structure still does not remain, the people who subcontract leave the work lying down because they are not paid. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE WITH HERSA AND ALEJANDRO ALCOCER, look for other options with better price and quality.

Malísima opción para contratar el servicio. Me dejaron el trabajo sin terminar y mal echo. Diciéndome que yo así lo modifique. Te mandan varios “supervisores” que lo único que hacen es hacerte perder el tiempo. Mi trabajo se gotea y no responden que porque no pague completo. Son un dolor de cabeza. Contestando a la respuesta, ahí está su trabajo no terminado y mal echo, así como todos los mensajes enviados. Revísalo con Alejandro, seguro me recuerda, o al menos así me dijo que se llamaba, y se presentó como el dueño de la empresa, cuando el mismo me dijo que buscaría la forma de ayudarme en que se terminara el trabajo.
