Tienes que dejar tu equipo varios días y nunca te van a avisar que ya está listo hasta que tú llames y/o te presentes a la oficina.. nada recomendable. Bad technology breaks down after 2 or 3 days of use and when you show up at the offices to make your guarantee valid, the attention is very slow and reluctantly. You have to leave your team for several days and they will never let you know that it is ready until you call and / or come to the office .. nothing recommendable.

A	Alejandro Ontiveros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede tener un buen servicio, una buena actitud al cliente y una garantía de un año pero si llevas tu producto a reparar y a los 2 meses vuelve a fallar por lo mismo, no merece la pena de comprar sus productos. Esto me sucedió 3 veces en un mismo productos, las 3 baterías que me cambiaron fallaron. Tengo el dispositivo inservible, esperando quizás comprar una batería localmente y repararla yo mismo. It can have a good service, a good customer attitude and a one-year warranty, but if you take your product to repair and after 2 months it fails for the same reason, it is not worth buying your products. This happened to me 3 times in the same products, the 3 batteries that changed me failed. My device is useless, perhaps hoping to buy a battery locally and repair it myself.

G	Gogliath Finisterra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Marca, compre una Cosmos 14 pro, solamente para cosas básicas y jamás pensé que la computadora vendría tan mal, es incapaz de correr windows (en ninguna de sus versiones, inclusive las lite) puesto que se traba y no deja trabajar y el colmo es que ni siquiera linux en su versión más ligera es capaz de ejecutarlo correctamente. mandé un correo para reclamar y jamás me lo contestaron así que no me queda más que resignarme a que hice la peor compra tecnológica. en verdad no pierdan el tiempo. en los próximos días subiré la review de mi experiencia de este equipo y dos tablets de la marca a mi canal.
