No puedes ayudar al cliente en nada, no puedes hacer bonificaciones, aplicar pagos ni arreglar el problema de millones de clientes de nextel y iusacell que pasaron a at&t sin permiso y que ven como años de excelente servicio se van a la basura.
The worst job of my life. They never give you vouchers, discount plans, transportation, scholarships, life insurance or anything they promise to the sixth month. You cannot help the client in anything, you cannot make bonuses, apply payments or fix the problem of millions of nextel and iusacell clients who switched to at & t without permission and who see how years of excellent service are going to waste.
