★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos nuestro equipo imac, comentaron que solo le darían una limpieza externa e interna, me entregaron la pantalla quebrada , después de 3 semanas de "investigación" me dicen que así venia, lo cual es una completa mentira, apple debe de supervisar mejor a sus proveedores autorizados.
We took our imac equipment, they commented that they would only give it an external and internal cleaning, they gave me the broken screen, after 3 weeks of "investigation" they told me that it came like that, which is a complete lie, apple should better supervise its authorized providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos dos iPhones para revisión, dijeron que necesitaban limpieza de la bocina del teléfono. Nos los entregaron con las pantallas estrelladas y además alteraron los documentos donde decía que ya veían así ahora tengo que buscar un lugar confiable donde le cambien la pantalla. Quedó muy mal.
We took two iPhones in for review, they said they needed cleaning of the phone's speaker. They gave them to us with crashed screens and they also altered the documents where it said that they already saw like this now I have to find a reliable place where they change the screen. It was very bad.
