Para esto, jamás contestan el teléfono, tuve que ir en repetidas ocasiones ya que era la única forma en que me dieran estatus ... Después de un mes, me ofrecieron un celular "POR MIENTRAS" me conseguían uno igual al mío o mejor ... Hace ya dos meses de eso y la situación continúa ... Hablo por teléfono y me siguen dando excusas que no han llegado celulares y que no me responden por "emergencias" o por estar ocupados, casualmente me respondieron hasta que dije que iría personalmente diciéndome que tendrá que salir del país y no estará ... En resumen, si valoras tu equipo y tú tiempo "NO ACUDAS A ESTA SUCURSAL!"
