O te quitan las piezas y te dicen que ya no tiene reparación

Fui a qué me repararán la pantalla de mi Samsung S7 original y le adaptaron una pantalla que no le corresponde al modelo. Desde que me lo entregaron tenía fallas que pensé eran "normales" pero me di cuenta del engaño en mi próximo servicio técnico con alguien mejor capacitado.
Busquen una mejor recomendación.
Terrible service.
I went to have the screen of my original Samsung S7 repaired and they adapted a screen that does not correspond to the model. Since it was delivered to me it had faults that I thought were "normal" but I realized the deception in my next technical service with someone better trained.
Look for a better recommendation.

No contestan las llamadas, el técnico nunca esta en el local, deje deposito de reparación y no me han dado respuesta, dicen horario de 8 am y son pasadas las 9 y siguen sin contestar, no se que pase con mi deposito porque no me saben decir si ya consiguieron la pieza, tampoco me proporcionan teléfono del técnico, ni saben su hora de llegada, mucha desconfianza

They don't answer the calls, the technician is never on the premises, I left a repair deposit and they haven't given me an answer, they say 8 am and it's after 9 and they still don't answer, I don't know what happens to my deposit because they don't know me say if they already got the part, they also do not provide me with the technician's telephone number, nor do they know his arrival time, a lot of mistrust
