★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, deje mi celular el día 21/11/19 por un problema de software por lo cual no se podia accesar al sistema, por alguna razón estaba bloqueado ya que se puso en modo e-recovery (lo cual les comente al momento de dejarlo), ellos dijeron que posiblemente era la cuenta de google, por lo cual confié en ellos y les deje mi celular, fui al día siguiente y me dijeron que ya estaba listo y me lo devolvieron sin carga, por lo cual no pude verificar si había quedado bien en el momento de la devolución, al llegar a mi casa y ponerle carga vi que quedo igual que como lo lleve al principio (bloqueado) y tuve que regresar a decirles que no quedo bien, lo volví a dejar y no tuve respuesta de nada en 2 días , hable ayer Lunes para preguntar si ya lo habían arreglado y me dijeron que no se pudo arreglar y les dije que iba a recogerlo y me comentaron que me iban a dar mi reembolso ya que no resolvieron el problema que tenia mi celular, al momento de llegar la recepcionista se porto muy grosera me dijo que no tenia porque devolverme mi reembolso que porque yo habia dicho que era la cuenta de google (lo cual no es cierto), nada profesional y no me quiso devolver mi reembolso, me hicieron perder mucho tiempo y dar vueltas innecesarias ya que tampoco están al pendiente del teléfono, no recomiendo "tecnocel" .
