No les interesa mantener su cartera de clientes, desde el Covid esto empeoro, mi ultima compra fue 2019, hace 10 días pedí cotizacion y siguen sin dar respuesta. ya genere la compra en Multiplastic, qué lastima de servicio cuando tienen buen surtido y precios pero sin interés de nada sirve.
Definitely the worst place for customer service and follow-up. They are not interested in maintaining their client portfolio, since the Covid this got worse, my last purchase was 2019, 10 days ago I asked for a quote and they still do not give an answer. I already generated the purchase in Multiplastic, what a shame of service when they have a good assortment and prices but without interest it is useless.

Mi única observación y estoy seguro que no depende de él, sino de las políticas de la empresa, es que el proceso es envío es algo lento después de haber hecho el depósito. Creo que se debería agilizar y enviarse máximo al día siguiente del depósito como la gran mayoría de nuestros proveedores.
