O	Obmarys Romero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, los contacté en noviembre para una reparación, pagué completa la pieza y después de casi 2 meses, me avisan que ellos habían solicitado mal la refacción, nunca me resolvieron nada, solicité mi reembolso y quedaron en realizarlo en 3 PARTES, me hicieron la primera parte como 4 meses después y ya llevo 8 meses esperando que liquiden la totalidad de lo pagado 2350 pesos, porque yo realicé el la transferencia completa y nada. Son unos abusadores, estafadores, aprovechándose de la gente. NO LOS RECOMIENDO, y dejo evidencia. Very bad experience, I contacted them in November for a repair, I paid for the part in full and after almost 2 months, they let me know that they had requested the wrong part, they never solved anything, I requested my refund and they agreed to do it in 3 PARTS, I They did the first part about 4 months later and I have already been waiting for 8 months for the total payment of 2350 pesos to be settled, because I made the complete transfer and nothing. They are abusers, scammers, taking advantage of people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, and I leave evidence.
N	Noemie Delanchy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Me pidieron los 3,000 pesos adelantados para arreglar mi lavadora y me quedaron mal el día de la cita. No avisaron y nunca llego el técnico. Más de 10 llamadas y nadie responde ! Cuando por fin decidieron venir (al horario que ellos eligen obviamente), el técnico llego 1 hora después. Lo bueno que me arreglo la lavadora pero nunca volveré a llamar esa empresa: NADA profesional. Terrible service. They asked me for the 3,000 pesos in advance to fix my washing machine and they looked bad on the day of the appointment. They did not warn and the technician never arrived. More than 10 calls and nobody answers! When they finally decided to come (at the time they obviously choose), the technician arrived 1 hour later. The good thing that I fix the washing machine but I will never call that company again: NOTHING professional.
