★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue horrible, lleve mi MacBook Air por un problema de la batería, al principio estaba feliz la llevaron a su sucursal de Acoxpa porque según me dijeron ahí estaba el experto, en menos de una semana ya la tenía todo bien pero solo duró dos días, la lleve de regreso y tardaron alrededor de un mes en devolverla. Lo da la batería bien pero después de unos días empecé a notar cosas diferentes como en el audio la lleve a otro lado y sorpresa le quitaron las piezas originales y las reemplazaron por unas de mala calidad
My experience was horrible, I took my MacBook Air due to a battery problem, at first I was happy they took her to her Acoxpa branch because, according to what they told me, the expert was there, in less than a week she had everything right but it only lasted two days, I took it back and it took about a month to return it. The battery gives it well but after a few days I began to notice different things as in the audio I took it somewhere else and surprise they removed the original parts and replaced them with poor quality ones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te tratan como si fueras de lo peor, no te hacen válida la garantía y buscan cualquier pretexto para no dártela, ellos ponían en su anuncio que era gratis el protector de pantalla si te cambiaban la pantalla ( que me la cambiaron pero me arruinaron el audio y aún así la pantalla ya no funciona como antes) y le mencioné eso y me dijo que serían 100 pesos más, Justo los que me “descontó”. Pésimo servicio, no vayan si quieren perder dinero y su iPhone.
Si fuera por mi ni una estrella pondría.
They treat you as if you were the worst, they do not make the guarantee valid and they look for any excuse not to give it to you, they put in their ad that the screen protector was free if they changed the screen (they changed it but they ruined my audio and even so the screen no longer works as before) and I mentioned that to him and he told me that it would be 100 more pesos, just the ones he "discounted" from me. Terrible service, do not go if you want to lose money and your iPhone.
If it were up to me, I wouldn't even put one star.
