★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El técnico no sabe cuál es la tuerca de la transmicion , alto nivel de falta de conocimiento básico, recepcionista flaca con actitud totalmente amargada , esa srita no tiene el más mínimo conocimiento en trato al cliente y servicio deberían de relojería de esa posición y poner a alguien más empatico , no dan ganas de regresar a comprar!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En primera instancia solicite un mantro preventivo a mi lavadora de carga frontal que apenas llevaba un año que la compré y no presentaba falla alguna era de lo más silenciosa. Desafortunadamente el servicio de LG mandó a este sucursal y mi lavadora quedó fatal si bien realizaron la limpieza, los caballeros le dejaron rayones al esmalte de la pintura, partes sin atornillar, pero sobre todo al momento de centrifugar hace unos ruidos muy bruscos. Todo lo anterior a grandes rasgos, arrepentido estoy de haber solicitado el servicio, ahora me queda contratar un particular para ver cómo solucionar el desastre que ocasionaron.
