My experience with this provider was negative. I hired him to seal some leaks in my cistern. He quoted me at 1,000 pesos, and covered the leaks with a Delfín Repairer brand patch, which costs 157 pesos in Mercado Libre. When he left to paste the patches he told me that it was necessary to put more patches and he charged me 2000 pesos. Of course my common sense told me that those patches would not be enough and that was it, after a month the patches began to come off and the leak continued, I called him for the guarantee and he told me that if he was going to repair the patches that he had already put on, but if other leaks had come out, I would charge them separately. Of course, I no longer asked him to come because he was only going to change the patches, which had already been proven to be useless and the truth is that I thought he was capable of inventing other leaks to charge more. The work he did was of poor quality and that makes it expensive, I consider him unprofessional for not doing his job well, and because I think he invented more leaks to charge more and did not use more material and I know that, the Dolphin patch measures 26.5cm x 21.5cm= 569cm2 and the sum of the patches you put on it is 567cm2.
