★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia terrible con esta pequeña empresa. Llamé y hablé con su técnico, quien se ofreció y prometió ir a mi casa para solucionar un simple problema de Redes. Pedí permiso a mi trabajo solo para estar presente, para que este técnico no se presentara. Llamé a su oficina y dieron todas las excusas pero ninguna solución o disculpa. No recomiendo esta empresa a nadie, el nombre lo dice todo ... se supone que están a la altura de su nombre Tecno Express. No hay nada rapido sobre sus servicios, pésimo!
I had a terrible experience with this small company. I called and spoke with their technician, who volunteered and promised to come to my house to fix a simple Networking problem. I asked my work for permission just to be present, so that this technician would not show up. I called their office and they gave all excuses but no solution or apology. I do not recommend this company to anyone, the name says it all ... they are supposed to live up to their Tecno Express name. There is nothing fast about their services, lousy!
