Llevé mi laptop a un cambio de batería y ahora se apaga súbitamente, la llevé nuevamente y me dijeron que, con la pena, se les olvidó decirme que la garantía sólo es por 30 días. Además, dicha garantía empezó a correr desde el día en que el técnico hizo el pedido de la pieza, la cual llegó una semana después y me hizo el cambio a los 3 días. O sea, no empieza a correr a partir de que te brindan el servicio, sino una semana antes cuando ni siquiera ellos tienen el producto. Ahora ni siquiera me contestan el teléfono, qué chafa, tiré 3 mil pesos a la basura y mi computadora quedó peor que antes. Aguas con llevar sus electrónicos ahí.
