★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos productos buen precio, la asesoría es deficiente si no se cuenta con algún conocimiento en la instalación de cámaras o dvr,si mejorarán ese aspecto todo excelente, en lo personal los productos que e comprado no e tenido problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, si tienen alguna otra opción mejor vayan a otra parte. al dar seguimiento solo se la pasan dando excusas y diciendo que no tienen técnico cuando ellos se comprometen a dar el servicio en un dia en especifico, dicen que te marcaran para darte respuesta y nunca lo hacen, no explican bien los costos de servicio aún y cuando se recibe un pésimo servico. Cuando se le pregunta a la persona encargada que quiero poner una queja dice que la puedo poner con el mismo, se le preguntó que quien era su supervisor y dice que el no tiene jefe es con el mismo.

When they follow up, they just keep giving excuses and saying that they do not have a technician when they agree to provide the service on a specific day, they say that they will dial you to give you an answer and they never do, they do not explain the service costs well yet and when you receive a terrible service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta es una nueva sucursal. No tiene productos en existencia. Algunos productos salen defectuosos. Se batalla para las garantias. Cobran el 5% por pagar con tarjeta de credito. Esa comision no se indica en su pagina de internet. Al hacer el cobro con tarjeta de credito NO entregan el voucher que comprueba la compra. No envian por correo la factura electronica.

That commission is not indicated on your website. When making the payment by credit card, they do NOT deliver the voucher that verifies the purchase. They do not mail the electronic invoice.

Very friendly sellers there live. By chat and email they take time to answer, but there in person, everything is solved
