PD: En la página oficial de Lanix también quitaron la dirección de soporte para sus garantías en esta dirección.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve una tablet Lanix por una falla, entro en garantía y cuando me la entregaron parecía que todo estaba bien. Al cargarle nuevamente el software, nos damos cuenta que ya no tenía la memoria micro SD que había comprado en días anteriores. Llamé para pedirla y me dijeron que ellos no la tenían. El servicio hubiera sido excelente si no se hubieran quedado con una memoria y no creo que valiera la pena para recibir un comentario negativo.
I took a Lanix tablet for a failure, I am under warranty and when they gave it to me it seemed that everything was fine. When we reload the software, we realize that it no longer had the micro SD memory that it had bought in previous days. I called to ask for it and they said they didn't have it. The service would have been excellent if they hadn't kept a memory and I don't think it was worth it to receive a negative comment.
